Hi! I'm Kimberley, owner of Lady Lash Studio and Academy in St Albans, Christchurch. Thank you for choosing Lady Lash, Christchurch's world class eyelash extension specialists, providing eyelash excellence to each and every customer. Below is the full list of our beautiful services. There are 3 lash artists to choose from, Myself (Senior Lash Stylist), Sarah (Experienced Lash Stylist) and Bella (Lash apprentice and nail technician). Things you need to know for your appointment
*To
keep your lashes in tip top shape, you will need your lashes infilled
every 2-3 weeks. Lashes that have less than 50% extensions on them, or
lashes that were applied over 4 weeks ago, will be charged as a full
set. Please note we lose up to 3 natural lashes per day so after 3 weeks an average of 63 natural lashes would have fallen out.
*Do not: Swim, shower, go the the gym, sauna, stream room or cook over a hot oven on the day of application of your lashes/brows. Doing any of these activities will effect the lash glue which may lead to premature lash extension loss.
*Infills are not able to be applied to lashes from other salons for insurance reasons. A full lash removal and a new set is the best way to transition.
*Please
park on Papanui Road or Church Lane. There is no on site parking
available. And please be aware of the bus lane from 3pm on Papanui Road.
*If
you need to cancel or change your appointment time, please do so 24
hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allow enough time
for the spot to be filled. Failure to do so will result in a 50%
charged being added to your next appointment.
*No refunds will not be given for any reason, our time is precious and this is what your costs cover, as well as your fantastic lashes/brows/teeth. Free removal is available if you suffer from an allergic reaction within the first 48 hours after lash application.
*Please
remove all eye makeup and wash your eyes thoroughly before your
appointment. This will ensure you whole appointment will be spent
receiving new lashes, not removing old eye makeup.
